STEP 3: Message the page with your FULL NAME to get your login credentials/information.
We hold live lectures on Google Meet, with recordings uploaded to our Learning Management System (LMS) or shared in the group chat within 24 hours. Quizzes and exams are conducted through the LMS.
To earn the certification, a final grade of at least 75% is required, with 70% derived from the Final Exam and 30% from quizzes (the number of quizzes varies by certification).
Yes, ACTI, INC. is officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to provide and administer Certification Programs through training, seminars, exams, and other learning activities for Bookkeepers, Accounting Technologists, Cost Accounting Professionals, Auditors, Financial Analysts, Payroll Managers, and Tax Specialists and Consultants. The corporation is also BIR-registered and holds a mayor’s permit.
Once your enrollment is officially confirmed, you will receive a link and your login credential to the LMS via
Facebook Messenger to join your batch’s official group chat. This group will serve as the primary
channel for important program and batch-related announcements, including Google Meet links, lecture materials,
and lecture recordings.
All concerns may be directly raised through the group chat or by mentioning the administrators. If needed, you may also send a private message to the admins or contact us through our
Facebook page.
Upon successfully completing the required training and achieving a passing final grade, you will receive an official membership certificate and ID card. The card contains your full name, picture, signature, membership number, registration date, and membership validity period.
Newly issued certificates and membership ID cards feature an embedded QR code for seamless access to membership status and details.

Your membership is valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance of your ID and Certificate. Renewal of membership every two (2) years is a requirement to be a member in good standing.

Your Membership ID Card is an important document that certifies your status as a duly registered member of our esteemed institutes.
If your Membership ID Card is damaged or lost, please report it immediately to our Membership Relations Department by emailing
info.acti.ph or messaging us on our Facebook page.
Your report must include a copy of a duly notarized Affidavit of Loss.
Please note that the cost of reissuing a Membership ID Card will be shouldered by the member.

ACTI, INC. issues cash invoices (colloquially known as “official receipts” [ORs]) and, as a rule, ships them along with the certificates and membership ID.
Digital copies thereof may be requested as advanced copies.
Costs for the shipment of cash invoices (a.k.a. ORs) prior to the issuance of the certificates shall be shouldered by the enrollee.
If, however, such shipment is done along with the certificates, no OR shipment fee shall be collected.
